At BrightWhistle, Inc. (“BrightWhistle,” “we” and “us”), your right to privacy is a primary concern. This privacy policy explains how the information you provide during your use of this website (the “Site”) is protected by us.

If you request that a BrightWhistle Client (“Client”) contact you regarding certain services (“Services”) contained on one of our Sites, Clients may collect additional personal and health information from you (“Clinician Information”). Any Clinician Information you share with the Client is between you and the Client. BrightWhistle does not have access to or store Clinician Information. BrightWhistle is not responsible for the security, integrity or maintenance of such Clinician Information. BRIGHTWHISTLE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU TO A CLIENT (INCLUDING PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HEALTH INFORMATION) IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES ON THIS SITE. WHEN YOU SUBMIT CLINICIAN INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED TO IT.

Use of User Information

The User Information you provide to us will be kept confidential and used only by us and any Client to which you request we provide your information. We require that all Clients agree to use User Information based on our instructions and in compliance with all relevant laws regarding protection and use of your personal information and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. It will not be passed to any other party for marketing purposes. We may also share aggregated customer information such as statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information, with our business partners and other reputable vendors, but such aggregated information will not contain any personally identifying information of any users of the Site. We may disclose or access User Information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Your Right to Choose

Any information that BrightWhistle collects from you on the Site is information that you specifically and voluntarily provide. You may choose not to provide any or all of the information that is requested on the Site. As part of our business strategy, BrightWhistle or substantially all of its assets may be acquired. In such case, User Information will be part of the transferred assets.
